States' Rights

The issue of States' Rights comes up from time to time in America. It has never really caused any real issues, thankfully.

The approach to States' Rights taken by Jude is a nuanced one, and one that covers a lot of ground:

Governors will not be arrested, other than Abbott and Costello, or DeSantis...whatever his name is. They will be taken into custody on January 20th, 2029.

No state will infringe upon the right of people to control their own bodies. The rights of bodily autonomy will always trump States' Rights.

Any state passing laws against "chemtrails" will automatically be expunged from our great union. Conspiracy theories have no place being codified.
