Jude intends to abolish police helicopters. They add to the overall budget of policing while often being used as a mass surveillance platform.
Jude will also look into banning other types of helicopers, as well. If we are being honest, they just look silly and seem to defy the laws of physics in the eys of the average citizen. The police helicopters are the priority, however.
